Mike ("Spud") was looking for a Northwest Airlines Pilot Wings ball cap but couldn't find one anywhere. So, he decided to make the hat he wanted to wear. What started as a single design quickly grew as fellow aviation enthusiasts began asking for more. Soon, the collection expanded from airline pilot wings to Air Force, Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, squadron designs, and many other aviation-inspired hats.

Over the years, Pilot Ball Caps has earned a reputation for quality embroidered hats, fast shipping, and exceptional customer service. Mike and Connie built the business on one simple principle: treat every customer the way you'd want to be treated. Having experienced poor customer service themselves, they made it a priority to communicate quickly, ship orders promptly, and always make things right.

As we celebrate 18 years, we're honored to continue the family dad hat business they built. We aren't aviators but we're committed to carrying on the same dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and customer service while continuing to expand our collection for military members, veterans, pilots, aviation professionals, and enthusiasts around the world.
